Deep Forgiveness: Coochiemudlo Island 🌿

🕊 Join Mary Grace McCloud for a powerful forgiveness process that will free you from all of the bondages, hooks and painful patterns you have still to release. Her intention is that you will be free to be yourself, speak your truth and find new levels of peace, love and joy in your life. You will feel clear, grateful and humbled in your own heart love. It is a practice she has learned from her teacher, a Buddhist nun, Venerable Tenzin Chodron. ❤️

The practice is used to dissolve a lifetime of hurt and emotional pain inflicted on us in childhood... and to dissolve the residual anger, resentment and rejection we continue to experience and hold through life towards self or others. It is my great privilege to have trained in this technique recently, and it is something that, once you learn it, you can use in your everyday life to continue freeing yourself daily! 🙏🦅

🔥 An inner sense of shame is what causes all hiding in life, all sacrificing your dreams for others, all feelings of undeservedness, all self criticism and lack of self-care, even self-abuse. We experienced this shame through our childhood experiences and what caregivers taught us about ourselves. And this shame was transmitted through to adulthood and resulted in treating ourselves as if we are shameful. Deep Forgiveness is the untangling of this shame to see the truth and the light.

💫 Cancelling the unmet expectations of how our lives should have gone, how people should have treated us, how we should have treated ourselves etc etc is the key to untangling all of this, and radical physical and emotional changes can occur at the quantum level in less than an hour with this practice.

👭 You will be guided through the process and you will be able to practice this at home whenever those old patterns, feelings and thoughts arise. You deserve this freedom, and I want to facilitate this for you!

How to get there: The Coochiemudlo Island Community Hall (346 Victoria Parade) is located about 5 or 600 metres from the Elizabeth Street Ferry Terminal. It is a quick 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive via the local island bus or a golf buggy.

To walk from the ferry terminal:

1. Turn left when you step off the jetty onto Elizabeth Street.

2. Turn right onto Victoria Parade.

3. Follow Victoria Parade directly to the hall, which sits beside the local golf course.
