🕊 Join Mary Grace McCloud for a powerful forgiveness process that will free you from all of the bondages, hooks and painful patterns you have still to release. Her intention is that you will be free to be yourself, speak your truth and find new levels of peace, love and joy in your life. You will feel clear, grateful and humbled in your own heart love. It is a practice she has learned from her teacher, a Buddhist nun, Venerable Tenzin Chodron. ❤️

The practice is used to dissolve a lifetime of hurt and emotional pain inflicted on us in childhood... and to dissolve the residual anger, resentment and rejection we continue to experience and hold through life towards self or others. It is my great privilege to have trained in this technique recently, and it is something that, once you learn it, you can use in your everyday life to continue freeing yourself daily! 🙏🦅

🌸 Those who have experienced this practice with Mary Grace have said a number of amazing things.

🌿 First they have felt more relaxed and calm, like they can let more love in now and truly believe they deserve it. ❤️ They are jumping through hoops a lot less. Some have found that physical ailments have disappeared! They have gained energy, clarity and joy in their lives. They experienced 🔥 ancestral clearing of old lines of pain and sacrifice. Those who have had trouble speaking their truth, are finding they can do so now without second guessing, making the decision to choose themselves and their own self care and choosing to honour themselves more. 🙏 Self-belief and confidence comes online....

✨ I myself have found a new and profound sense of purpose in this life and a beautiful sense of emotional balance and inner peace after having trained in this amazing process with my mentor, Venerable Tenzin Chodron.

🔥 An inner sense of shame is what causes all hiding in life, all sacrificing your dreams for others, all feelings of undeservedness, all self criticism and lack of self-care, even self-abuse. We experienced this shame through our childhood experiences and what caregivers taught us about ourselves. And this shame was transmitted through to adulthood and resulted in treating ourselves as if we are shameful. Deep Forgiveness is the untangling of this shame to see the truth and the light.

💫 Cancelling the unmet expectations of how our lives should have gone, how people should have treated us, how we should have treated ourselves etc etc is the key to untangling all of this, and radical physical and emotional changes can occur at the quantum level in less than an hour with this practice.

👭 You will be guided through the process and you will be able to practice this at home whenever those old patterns, feelings and thoughts arise. You deserve this freedom, and I want to facilitate this for you!
