Soften & Release is a 90-minute guided hypnotic meditation experience held in the warmth of Nairne Memorial Hall, designed to take you somewhere a regular meditation simply cannot reach.

Using hypnotic language, Neurolinguistic Programming techniques, and intuitive guidance, this session gently guides your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation, where real nervous system release becomes possible.

Not forced. Not performed. Just deeply, quietly allowed.

This session is for you if:

Your mind rarely switches off, and your body rarely fully relaxes
You've tried meditation and found it hard to settle
You're carrying a lot and craving real, deep rest
You want to support your nervous system in a way that feels gentle and safe
You're ready to give yourself 90 minutes that are entirely, completely yours

What to bring

Come ready to settle in and feel at ease. We recommend bringing:

Yoga mat
Pillow
Warm, comfortable clothing
A blanket
Journal (for any reflections after the session)
Anything else that helps you feel cosy, comfortable, and cared for

There are no rules here, only comfort.
