Denver Leadership Series: Leadership Health Check-In

Join us for the February edition of our 2025 Denver Leadership Series, presented by Appello Partners. The first in-person workshop of this series will be focused on a Leadership Health Check-In. 

We are often cognizant of our personal health, but how often are we aware of our leadership health? How do we know how we are really doing at any point in time? And how can we make the necessary adjustments for ourselves to be as healthy as we can be when leading others?

Through this workshop, you will learn 3 powerful tools that provide measurable ways to check in on what our current reality looks like. Through gaining clarity and dedicating time for our own health, we will be better to intentionally multiply that health onto the others on our team and with who we lead.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this workshop.
