Training Aim:

This 3-hour Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Level 2 workshop is designed to provide participants with additional knowledge, skills and resources to enhance their Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing by gaining a deeper understanding of the mind and body connection.

Learning Outcomes:

Through the completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

· Build on the strategies and understandings from Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Level 1.

· Explore reframing to improve mental wellbeing.

· Use Polyvagal Theory to identify strategies to reduce stress in daily life.

· Revise and update their personalised Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing plan.

Participants must have completed Self-Care Level 1 within the last month to enrol.
