Diabetes NZ Auckland Youth: Online Education Spring Series #3 - Glycaemic Index & Blood Sugar

Diabetes NZ Auckland Youth are hosting a series of diabetes education sessions featuring experts from the Starship Children's Hospital diabetes team. These sessions will be delivered via Zoom for all whānau within Auckland and the rest of New Zealand.

This education session will look at the glycaemic index, what it is, how it affects blood glucose, and how that impacts people living with diabetes. We welcome Caroline Worth (Senior Paediatric Diabetes Dietitian) to present this session. There will be time for questions, so get some ready.

This is the third of the four sessions in our Online Education Spring Series. These sessions are provided free of charge, however if you would like to make a donation towards upcoming in-person events, that would be appreciated.
