About

Begin your day in a spirit of reflection, creativity, and connection. This family-friendly event features a Didgeridoo Sound Bath and Art Workshop led by Nikita and Caleb Fitzpatrick from Cultural Collaboration, with a Welcome to Country by Aunty Hope, Director of Hope Dreaming.

What to expect:

  • A grounding didgeridoo sound bath to relax the body and mind

  • Guided breathwork and art-making in response to sound and place

  • A safe and inclusive space to connect with First Nations culture

  • All ages welcome – families, children, and community members

  • Art supplies provided | BYO beanbag, cushion, or yoga mat for comfort

Nikita Fitzpatrick, a proud Murri and South Sea Islander artist, and her husband Caleb Fitzpatrick (Didgeridoo Music Therapy) invite you to experience the healing power of sound and the beauty of cultural art. Together, they create pathways for deeper understanding through creative practice and cultural storytelling.

Come gather on Country, listen deeply, and express your response through art in a shared, inclusive space.
