Event description

Didgeridoo Pranayama ~ Breath into Voice ~ MULLUMBIMBY

After more than two years out of the shire Didgeridoo Pranayama founder Si Mullumby returns for this one off Breath & Voice workshop on Saturday June 25th.

The focus of this workshop is to harness energy from the breathing practices and utilise this energy to open our voices. Opening the voice is on the airwaves, there is a collective voice opening going on at the moment. We need our voices to know our own truth.

This is a two hour and fifteen minutes experience with the breath and voice that cultivates well-being, clarity, presence and awareness. It's an education into harnessing the power of our own inner green energy reserves during a moment on the planet where we need create new pathways for accumulating joy.

Didgeridoo Pranayama starts in silence. From this zero point of maximum potential energy we will move through the breathing rhythms into accompanied by the sound of the didgeridoo as played by Si.
