Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference 2025
Event description
Main Conference
Join us at the 2025 Disability Inclusive Pathways Conference, proudly hosted by the New Zealand Disability Employers' Network on 15–16 July at the Pullman Hotel and Apartments, Auckland.
This year's theme, 'Fuelling Strengths. Delivering Impact,' explores how forward-thinking organisations are transforming disability inclusion from a compliance exercise into a strategic advantage that strengthens performance across all business dimensions.
This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with and build lasting professional relationships with business leaders, HR and DEI professionals, government and policy leaders, accessibility professionals, and industry pioneers, while exploring practical pathways for meaningful inclusion. Over two-days, participants will engage in thought provoking keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, gaining actionable insights and strategies to advance both disability inclusion in the workplace and consumer markets, and broader organisational objectives simultaneously.
Whether you’re a business leader, HR professional, or advocate, this event offers valuable opportunities to learn, network, and drive meaningful change.
Secure your spot today and be part of the movement towards a more inclusive and sustainable future!
