Winter, in nature, is a season of rest, reflection, and quiet renewal. This retreat honours that. Through a thoughtful program of group coaching, Qi Gong, gentle movement therapy and sound bathing, you’ll be guided back into stillness, clarity, and intention. I am a holistic and professional life coach with a deep, whole-hearted commitment to helping people live and work in alignment with their truth, potential, and purpose.

Grounded in proven coaching methodologies (solutions-focused and neuro-linguistic programming), I also draw on a deep understanding of human behaviour, systems, and lived experience to create a space for meaningful, sustainable change.

About Kristina...
A lifelong seeker, I've wandered off the beaten path, chasing echoes of belonging. Seven quiet years as a hermit taught me to honour the uniqueness of every journey and to find light even in suffering. Illusion dissolves, pain transforms, and in that alchemy, we remember how to walk each other home.

Drawn to the unseen, I’ve long been a student of subtle energies—tuning into the wisdom of the body, the higher self, and the living intelligence in all forms of life. Since 2012, I’ve practiced and now teach Zhong Yuan Qigong under the loving guidance of Grandmaster Xu Mingtang. I also hold a deep love for the spiritual essence of herbs—studying their subtle effects and transforming that knowledge into heartfelt creations that support healing and connection.
