This interactive 50-minute session will guide you through the three key principles of resilience: Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness (GEM). Learn practical strategies to enhance your wellbeing and support a more resilient mindset. Attendees will receive a FREE 21-day wellbeing journal and lunch, helping you apply these principles through daily activities and reflections. Don't miss this chance to connect with fellow students and start building positive wellbeing habits together!
