Thank you for booking

Please Bring the following:

A yoga mat - (if you don't have a mat then a large towel will be OK)
A blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation part of the class
Water to drink
A cushion if you have a sore neck
A pillow or a bolster if you have lover back pain
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch with ease
In colder months wear socks and layers.
If it is your first class please arrive 10 minutes before the start time
Please note that due to COVID -19 protocols no props or equipment will be supplied.

For Classes in the Beecroft Uniting Church hall

There is free 3 hour parking in Beecroft Place and other 2 hour parking in Beecroft village, which is about a 5 minute walk from the venue. For other parking and accessibility questions please contact morag@beingmore.com.au

The class is held in the Upper Church Hall. From Beecroft Road. Looking at the church entrance take the path way at the right hand side of the church to the back of the church, there you will find the glass doors to the church hall.
