Are you scared of speaking your opinion or doing a presentation at work?
Does your partner make you feel angry and resentful, and you don't know how to express or deal with it?
Or maybe you feel stuck in a place that makes you anxious or sad?
We all feel emotions. It's part of our human experience.
Some are easy to embrace, such as excitement, joy, and gratefulness. Others, on the other hand, are uncomfortable. We became experts in suppressing unpleasant emotions, bottling those deep within us, failing to realise their profound impact on our energetic, emotional and physical bodies.
Diving Within is a Day Retreat for those who want to learn how to create a healthier relationship with their emotions by listening to them with presence while developing more self-awareness, acceptance and love.
Through various techniques such as meditation, journaling, body movement and sharing circle, you will learn new and practical tools to develop an inner dialogue and slowly embrace all that arises, the good and the bad! Accepting our feelings and emotions is THE ONLY way to accept ourselves fully.

We will start at 10.30 am sharp and finish at 4.30 pm. A picnic with nibbles and drinks will be provided by Dee Why Beach.
