DLC Mountain Bike Ride- May
Event description
Join DLC for our May mountain bike ride! We are expanding the mountain bike program this year and will be offering a guided ride at a different open space each month. This ride at Bayou Gulch/Two Bridges is appropriate for all levels, beginner to advanced. In addition to the ride, a few fundamental bike riding skills will be covered. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety check of helmet and bike (you must wear a helmet to participate!) Other gear you may want: knee-high socks, knee and elbow pads, sunglasses, water in a riding backpack, and gloves.
Registration is limited. The ride is open to 15 years and up. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The ride is free, but a $10 per person donation is suggested so that we may continue to offer educational outreach events in the community.
