The "Do Not Disturb: Modern Mindful Pop-Up Series" is a modern wellness pop-up series created for people who are ready to unplug—from their phones, their stress, and the pressure to always be “on.”

Each event is a curated experience blending breathwork, movement, sound, and stillness—designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others IRL. We partner with local facilitators in mindful modalities, and Boston's most beautiful spaces to bring you immersive sessions that are approachable, inclusive, and deeply grounding.

Expect:
Going OFF the grid (aka no phones, no scrolling—just presence)
Guided breathwork + a mindful modality like sound, movement, or tapping
Post-class connection + a screen-free polaroid station
Authentic community and mindful connection cards (no small talk required!)
