Accurate and thorough documentation is critical for demonstrating medical necessity in mental health therapy, ensuring both compliance and quality care. This interactive workshop will equip mental health professionals with the skills to write clear, concise, and compliant therapy notes that align with insurance requirements and ethical standards.
