Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Dress for Success Newcastle-Hunter
Dress for Success NSW & ACT has supported more than 2,500 women into employment across New South Wales. Our signature Styling service and suite of Career Support offerings aim to help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce – at no cost to the women needing the services. Our services are delivered by hundreds of volunteers who make a real difference to the lives of women seeking employment.
Attendance at one of our New Volunteer Information Sessions is a prerequisite to becoming a registered Volunteer with us.
The session will cover the following topics:
- Who we are, what we do
- Our clients and stakeholders
- The volunteering roles and opportunities available
- What to expect as a Volunteer with Dress for Success NSW & ACT
Sessions are held in our Broadmeadow showroom on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1.00pm-2.00pm.
The next session will be held on Wednesday 24th April 2024.
