Join us in Mount Martha for a soul-nourishing evening of connection and transformation. We’ll begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening the heart and setting powerful intentions in a warm, supportive space. From there, let your body move freely with guided embodied dance—a liberating journey of rhythm and self-expression that invites you to release tension and reconnect with joy. The night will close with a deeply restorative session of breakthrough breathwork, guiding you into expanded states of clarity, healing, and inner peace.

This immersive experience weaves together ancient practices and modern techniques to awaken your senses, dissolve stress, and leave you grounded, open, and inspired. Whether you are new to these modalities or returning to deepen your practice, this is an invitation to step into your fullest energy and presence.

Cacao

Cacao is a sacred heart medicine - gentle yet powerful. It invites you to slow down, soften, open your heart, and reconnect with your emotional landscape in a deeply nourishing way. Physically, it supports the body with magnesium and other essential nutrients that relax the nervous system and improve mood, clarity, and openness. Cacao is not a substance that takes you away from yourself - it brings you closer. It offers a safe and loving space for inner reflection, emotional release, and embodied presence. In ceremony, it becomes a guide - awakening compassion, creativity, and calm. It’s the perfect easeful opener to the release and integration provided by embodied dance and breathwork.

What is Embodied Dance?

Embodied dance is not about steps or performance - it’s a personal exploration of movement as medicine. It is not about observing others or being observed by others. This practice invites you to move with your breath, your voice, your body, your truth, allowing emotions, sensations, and stories to be expressed and integrated through intuitive movement. It’s a chance to feel, release, and come back into rhythm with yourself with deep compassion. There is no right or wrong way to move. Embodied dance is a remembering - of pleasure, presence, and possibility. In Lisa’s sessions, it becomes a joyful and gentle way to release what is no longer needed and to explore who you are beneath the noise. If you usually resist dance, come along and be guided to find your inner dance, even stillness or very slow body movement can be dance and medicine. Dance helps to get your body moving and opening to the experience of breathwork as the third wave of this inward experience.

Why Breathwork?

A group breathwork session allows us to let go. Once we have acknowledged what are purpose and intention is for the session we can move past any resistance that might come up and, let go. Through a fully guided rhythmic series of breaths and breath holds we can enter into a state where we can step aside from out past, our present, our fears and our future. By doing so we can see the past for what it truly was, release stress stored in the body, step away from anxiety and into self confidence, self love and joy. 

By allowing our minds to rest we can let the body express the emotions we have been hiding. Fear, pain, anxiety, anger, rage, happiness, joy, love are all things we tend to not allow ourselves to express so we end up storing them in our bodies creating potential problems. By breathing the way we do in these group sessions we allow these emotions to surface and leave the body.

Lisa creates transformative experiences that help people come home to themselves and find peace - through breath, sound, somatic movement, and the gentle power of nature.

A master breathwork facilitator, sound healer, embodied dance guide, energy healer, and ceremonialist of the heart (working with cacao, rose, and lotus), Lisa offers sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with self and the body’s deep wisdom. As a homeschooling mother of three and former practicing lawyer, Lisa has walked through seasons of overwhelm, anxiety, disconnection, and health challenges. In facilitating others, she draws on the very practices that supported her own return to peace, embodiment, and inner clarity. Lisa brings both grounded insight and soul presence to her work. She loves gathering people in circles, guiding them back to their breath, their self-compassion, their truth, and the beauty of being fully alive.
