Thank you for booking

For classes in the studio on Tuesdays 11am , Wednesdays 7pm and Fridays 9:15am, please bring the following:

A yoga mat - (if you don't have a mat then a large towel will be OK)
A blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation part of the class
Water to drink
A cushion if you have a sore neck
A pillow or a bolster if you have lover back pain
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch with ease
In colder months wear socks and layers.
If it is your first class please arrive 10 minutes before the start time
Please note that due to COVID -19 protocols no props or equipment will be supplied.

There is free 3 hour parking in Beecroft Place and other 2 hour parking in Beecroft village, which is about a 5 minute walk from the venue. For other parking and accessibility questions please contact morag@beingmore.com.au

The class is held in the Upper Church Hall. From Beecroft Road walk down the church driveway with the church on your right and side. You will see the sign for the church office. Just before you get the to church office, turn right and follow the path that runs along the back of the church. The entrance is then on your left. Call me on 0413 043449 if you have trouble finding us.

The exact Date of your class: The term runs from Tues 1st FEb to Wed 31st March. This date range will appear on your ticket, however the date of your class is the one you chose on your booking questions . If you need to make any changes give me a call.
