    Gentle Dru Yoga Class  - designed to boost wellbeing, increase flexibility, care for your back and calm your mind.


    Tuesdays 11am  -    Wednesdays 7pm    -    Fridays 9:15am  

    Each class is 90 minutes 


    What to expect:

    • Special Dru yoga to boost physical, emotional and mental well being
    • Fun activation warm ups to get you moving and smiling.
    • Energy Block Release - A Dru signature sequence to create energy and increase vitality and ease back pain
    • Yoga postures and sequences to help you stretch out tight muscles, ease back pain and maintain good flexibility 
    • Modifications and options to suit your level
    • Deep relaxation to leave you feeling nurtured and rejuvenated
    • Breathing practices and a short Meditation to bring stillness and clarity to your mind
    • Simple practical tools to help you stay grounded and overcome stress and anxiety
