DRUM MACHINES 2 [SAMPLING]

This all new workshop covers the foundations of making rhythms, similar to Drum Machines 1, but this time with hardware samplers! We will dabble in the uses of sampling within the context of beat making and go over the creative possibilities of using your own recorded sounds. We will explore using 16-step sequencers, step sequencing, and tap writing, and cover topics such as quantization, swing, chopping samples, and adding effects.

Este nuevo taller cubre las bases de la creación de ritmos, similar a Drum Machines 1, ¡pero esta vez con samplers! Exploraremos el uso del sampling en el contexto de la creación de beats y veremos las posibilidades creativas de trabajar con tus propios sonidos grabados. Usaremos secuenciadores de 16 pasos, exploraremos el step sequencing y el tap writing, y cubriremos temas como cuantización, swing, cortar samples y agregar efectos.
