Join us for an indulgent yet educational evening of duck dining and wine pairings!
Chef Pedro Martínez, in sponsorship with Maple Leaf Farms, will serve guests five courses of duck, paired perfectly with wines selected by our Boise Co-op Wine Shop experts. The evening includes a guided wine tasting as we savor the variations on delectable duck prepared and presented by Chef Pedro.
Maple Leaf Farms is an Indiana-based, family-owned, vertically integrated duck farm that champions sustainability, stewardship, and natural resource conservation. They humanely raise only White Pekin Duck on a grain-based diet without antibiotics or hormones. *The duck is a special feature for this evening and is not sold at the Boise Co-op.

Chef Pedro’s culinary journey spans continents and scales. From roasting whole animals in the rugged wilderness for hungry adventures to crafting personalized fine-dining experiences for VIPs at Sundance Film Festival, his skills have traversed the globe. He’s equally adept at whipping up a gourmet feast under the stars as he is at plating a delicate amuse-bouche in your own kitchen.
Pedro’s passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable practices shines through in every dish. He champions local Idaho producers and even runs his own organic microfarm, ensuring the freshest fruits, vegetables, and honey find their way onto your plate.
