Join this workshop for an immersive experience where you can explore the power of your breath in an intimate and supported environment. This event will be led by an experienced facilitator who will guide you into a deep state within yourself through breath and bodywork to help you release stored tension, create access to presence, and promote relaxation.

Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this session is open to all levels. Get ready to dive deep into your whole being (body, mind, heart and soul) and discover more about your innate potential for healing and growth. Join us for an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a meaningful way.

This is an intentionally small-group environment to honor the depth of each participant's experience and process.

Logistics:

Setting agreements for the space and a short presence practice
Introduction to the nervous system, how our bodies hold old stress, and what we can do to release it
Dynamic Facilitated Breathwork explained: what is the purpose of this modality?
~70 minutes guided and facilitated breathwork journey
Debrief, sharing, and integration tools

As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing this modality in a group setting:

Recent surgery (depending on recovery progress and type of surgery).

Early or late stage pregnancy.

Detached Retina or Glaucoma.

High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication).

Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.

Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen.

Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes.

Severe respiratory issues.

Epilepsy / Seizures.
