Enhance your capacity for Qi Cultivation in this 5 Week Course

Deepen your practice by learning to incorporate fundamental movement principles for enhanced Qi cultivation into your Qigong.

  • Previous Qigong experience preferred 
  • Sports Science Principles of Kinetic Chains
  • Chinese Medicine Theory
  • Inner Alchemy Cultivation

Based on White Tiger 5 Element Form + 5 Animal Frolic Walking forms, each weekly class will support you to experience greater capacity for Qi flow. 

Bring the WHOLE of your being into connection & balance. 

This course is primarily movement based, a moderate fitness level is required.

Time will be included in each class for Q&A about the practices.
