What drew your host to hosting events for EA Social Club: Coming from the bar industry into the world of being an Executive Assistant was a major shift, but one thing I deeply missed was the sense of community you could always find in a restaurant. When I started as an EA, I was unseasoned and eager to learn, so finding the people who could provide guidance and advice felt like the best thing I could do.
On top of that, I had just moved to Salt Lake City and needed to build connections—not just professionally, but socially. One of the best qualities of an EA is the ability to connect, share resources, and lift each other up, and that’s exactly what drew me to EA Social Club. It’s more than just networking; it’s about building the kind of support system that makes all the difference in this role. Now, being able to help foster that same environment for others is something I truly enjoy.
