Event description

Emotions in Change

Change is inherently emotional. It is the heart, not just the mind, that embraces, accepts, drives or gets in the way of change. While models of change are essential, they often overlook the most crucial element: the emotions of the people within those frameworks. To foster meaningful and lasting change, we must prioritise understanding and addressing the emotions of the humans involved. Emotions drive behaviour, and by acknowledging and supporting the emotional journey, we can create environments where change is not only accepted but better embraced.

Come along to learn how to use the Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) in leading self and teams through change.

"Illuminating, and ultimately powerful. There is a genuine care and warmth with Kate." - Amanda Assink, Team Recruitment

"Working with Kate and HR butter is awesome. I really enjoyed the first time we worked together and this is my second time which has been wonderful. The room is always lively, full of energy and fun however, it does not steer away from getting into the nitty gritty. We break down topics and explore the uncomfortable AND have a good time too."  - Alisi Kavalu, Oke Charity

"Excellent facilitator, clearly very knowledgeable and knew how to keep it real and relevant." - Paddy McCann, Heart Foundation
