Event description

The Reality of Change

Research shows that up to 70% of change initiatives fail! This is often not because the strategy is wrong, but because the emotional side is often overlooked.

Change is emotional, whether we like it or not.
People resist, withdraw, engage or thrive based on how they feel... and yet feelings are the part we most often ignore.

That’s where the riders&elephants game-changing certification course comes in.

Why this course?

When organisations go through change, they often jump straight to plans, frameworks and timelines. But what about how your people feel?

Change is emotional. Whether it’s met with resistance, excitement, fear or apathy, it’s our emotional response that ultimately shapes whether change is embraced or rejected.

This course helps you close that gap between strategy and emotion. You’ll learn how to confidently lead and support people through the emotional side of change using the world-renowned Emotional Culture Deck.

It’s practical, real and immediately applicable, to help you not just manage process, but lead with emotional clarity.

Why it matters

Change doesn’t fail because of poor planning.
It fails because people don’t feel seen, heard or supported.

Emotions drive behaviour, and behaviour drives change.
If you ignore emotion, you ignore the most powerful force in the room.

This course helps you bring emotion to the centre of your change strategy, and that’s where real transformation happens.
