Interested in sharing your feelings about how society cares for nature in these challenging times?

Join a very special November gathering of a local Eco-Resiliency Circle.

We welcome Barkindji Song Woman Nancy Bates to the November gathering. Nancy will lead a song writing session pooling small group creativity, with emergence of our group’s healing voice. No musical ability or even being on-key required! Nancy performs nationwide, and her gigs in her Kaurna Country home have built an extremely enthusiastic fan base. The Eco-Resiliency circle is a participant-led group exploring how to express our pain and build hope in joyful togetherness.

Discussions and exercises are used to help strengthen the coping skills of the activist and concerned neighbour and sensitive soul, in part through shared expression of grief and movement forward. It’s not about problem solving or policy solutions; it’s about wellbeing and personal expression.

The Eco-Resiliency Circle is a volunteer led and community driven project, supported by the Port Environment Centre.

We emphasize that these sessions do not offer therapeutic help. We encourage you to access trained professional resources if you or someone you know might be interested or need it.
