➝ WHAT TO WEAR / WHAT TO BRING

◦ Wear comfy clothes that make you feel good

◦ Bring your water bottle and a small towel (hygiene purpose especially in the context of COVID19)

➝ WHAT TO EXPECT:

‣This is an alcohol and drug-free class, please arrive in a sober state.

‣ No level of dance is required. Suitable if you have minor injuries or if you feel tired. You choose your pace!

‣ There is no choreography. I offer some facilitation to help you creating your own dance journey.

‣ This class can fit into your fitness routine (mad dancers are welcome!)

‣ No mirrors and no cameras; on purpose to create a better experience without being self-conscious.

‣ This class helps letting go of tensions, releasing stress, transitioning to a sober and healthier lifestyle, clearing negative emotions, dealing with anxiety...

‣ You will also have some fun time and an opportunity to be fully present for yourself

‣ Become part of a great community of like minded people.

➝ PLEASE:

♧ Organise yourself to park and arrive on time, as your experience will be much deeper

♧ Give a rest to your phone (please leave it on silent mode, in your bag)

♧ Leave all conversations for before and after dance

♧ Come in a sober state with an intention of experiencing the natural ecstasy

♧ Make sure you have your Dr's clearance and listen to you body. This 'dance' can be experienced with very little movement or even in stillness if this is what you need.

Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Nathalie Paul invites you to lose yourself through dance. The natural ecstasy you get can be a doorway to accessing your inner power. With Ecstatic Evolution, Nathalie shares her passion for ecstatic dance, along with energy work and unconditional-love healing practices.
