WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

With Ecstatic Fitness, I am offering you the possibility to combine some ecstatic dance, a body weight-based workout and some relaxation within 75 minutes.

◦ You will have the opportunity to release and liberate yourself through a minimally instructed dance with awesome carefully chosen music (gently facilitated so you feel safe and held) ,

◦ I will instruct some body weight exercises where the intention is to improve mobility, core strength and whole body strength ( intermediate level)

YOU ARE ALWAYS FREE TO MODIFY THE EXERCISES DURING THE CLASS to suit your body needs and level of fitness in the moment.

REQUIREMENTS:

✓ Doctors clearance

✓ Some minimal knowledge and experience of body weight training

✓ Arriving on time (as the warm up is an important part of this class)
