Edible Flower & Wine Pairing Experience

Join us for an enchanting evening at our Fourth Annual Wine & Edible Flower Pairing! Set among the raised flower beds of Glenn Scott Farm, this unique experience explores how edible flowers can enhance and transform the flavors of both food and wine.

Begin the evening with a welcome cocktail and a tour of the raised flower beds, then enjoy Point of the Bluff wines paired with small bites from the Park Inn. Each pairing is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the delicate aromas, flavors, textures, and colors that edible flowers bring to the table.

Along the way, hear from Glenn Scott Farm farmhand Chloe Fiorenza and Point of the Bluff winemaker Jordan Harris as they explore the fascinating parallels between edible flowers and wine–from the history and cultivation of edible flowers to the aromas, flavors, and floral notes that connect the two. You'll also take home a sampling of edible flowers to continue experimenting in your own kitchen.

Please note that this experience requires a short walk outdoors, so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear. Guests will meet at our Production Barn before walking across the yard to the raised garden beds. The event will take place rain or shine; in the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors. Ticketholders will receive an email with additional details prior to the event.
