Located at Queen Victoria Market's Purpose Precinct - the Moving Feast Kitchen has been innovating and diverting using overripe and undersold produce from the market.
Join us for an interactive cooking class with Eco-Chef Fernando Minervini, who will guide you through making these hand-sized savoury pies that can be found all over South America. Every province has its own variety and Fernando has developed an extra special Moving Feast version using Eggplant. Empanadas follow the same basic culinary guideline - a soft pocket of dough that's stuffed with a scrumptious, savoury filling and this version will have you making them like a pro again and again. Availability to make Vegan or Vegetarian.
