Electric Connections - the future of cooking

As part of the Commercial Kitchen Showcase, the Electric Connections seminar on Monday 10 February 2025 will bring together industry experts and local Canberra business owners to share their expertise and experience navigating changes towards electrification in the kitchen. Pitched at chefs, licenced food business owners, and people beginning their journey in the hospitality industry, come along and hear how and why you should go all electric.
