Elemental Journeys for Charity Water

Join Chiric & Sally for an afternoon of yoga, music and community with their offering of ‘Elemental Journey’s’. 

You will be guided through a simple yoga practise to connect with your self and the energy of water within you. Water holds memories and information from generations past and when we connect with that energy within us a deep sense of wisdom and oneness can a be found. We remember the importance of the purity of the water we drink, and recognise that the clarity is just as important as the foundation for the future generations to come. 

The yoga class will be flowing with the gentle and hypnotic melodies from Chiric, who takes his musical inspiration from the traditional cultures of the Americas. The music becomes our link, weaving a web of connection through the spaces, as we connect to our deepest essence and remember that we are all in this journey together. Once the yoga practise has softened, you will be bathed in the sounds of Native American flutes, guitar and more, to take you deeper through the visions and meditations of your own waters. 

Tea and refreshments will be on offer after the class, and there will be space to share and connect with other attendees.

All profits will be donated to ‘Charity Water’, whose inspiring mission is to create sustainable access to clean drinking, eating and washing water in remote areas all around the world.
