Ground into your intentions through an activating meditation, unblock your creative flow through light movement and breath, relax to the sounds of live Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, and Vocals. Then let your creative expression blossom through an artistic activity. Bring your medicine drums and shakers to celebrate what's flowing within and around in a song circle!
Destiny Wolf and Roberta Montorfano will be guiding you through a heartfelt experience of connection, creative flow, & rejuvenation.
