Elements of Breath: Breath Therapy for Daily Life
Event description
Breath is a fundamental building block of physical and mental wellbeing. Knowing how the use the breath as an effective tool, empowers us to take charge of our health.
Lissie and Karlyn are joining forces, combining their love of conscious breath to bring you simple, therapeutic breathing techniques that have stood the test of time.
Although these practices have a lineage of thousands of years, there's now the scientific research to back up the benefits of 'better breathing'.
Lissie shares Pranayama from the yogic tradition and Karlyn brings a gentle conscious connected breath style.
Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience on the subject of Conscious Breath and both have a dedicated yoga practice that has supported them through the inevitable challenges that life throws our way.
In this workshop, they share practices that support a journey into the subtle realms of our complex human design and simple tools to take home to add into your daily practice.
