You’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork session with Brooke from O2 Lab to help release stress and shift energy, followed by individual intuitive readings from Flow with Z to offer personal insight and guidance.

What to Bring & Know Before You Book
The space provides yoga mats, blankets, and cushions for your comfort. However, the floor can feel firm, so you're welcome to bring an extra mat or anything else that helps you feel supported. We also recommend bringing a journal for reflection and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Breathwork Contraindications — Please Read Before Booking

Breathwork is a powerful and safe practice for many, but there are some situations where caution or medical advice is recommended before participating:

Pregnancy (especially in the first trimester or high-risk pregnancies)
Recent surgery or injury
Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease)
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Serious respiratory conditions (e.g., severe asthma, COPD)
Psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, psychosis, or recent trauma/PTSD (without medical supervision)
Recent stroke or aneurysm
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Please do not attend if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
