We’re packing 4 transformative workshops + a nourishing feast into one immersive retreat afternoon/evening designed to help you let go, master your monkey mind, and return to clarity.

This afternoon is especially for those who live with ADHD or struggle to focus due to a busy mind full of noise, if your thoughts feel scattered, overwhelming, or constantly “on,” this retreat is for you.

Throughout this journey, you’ll be guided to ground, connect, and release your thoughts, allowing space for deeper presence and calm. You’ll be nourished physically and mentally, learning how to feed your brain for clarity and create a clean, open spiritual channel.

Together we’ll practice stilling the mind in a playful, joyful way, and the grand finale of our Mental Alchemy Afternoon is a powerful 3rd Eye Activation, connecting your mind to a space beyond thought and opening you to a new level of inner awareness.
