Elevate Your Mosaic Art:  This one-day Masterclass is designed for those with prior mosaic experience who want to refine their skills and take their art to the next level.  The session covers key topics such as:

• Developing your own concepts, designs, and plans 

• Using creative prompts to inspire and focus ideas

• Understanding the importance of Andamento (the flow of mosaic pieces)

• Incorporating diverse materials like smalti, stone, and 24K gold tile

• Working with various adhesives, including Apoxie Sculpt

• Creating custom substrates for your mosaics

Participants will create a 10"x10" framed mosaic using innovative techniques and high-quality materials, such as smalti, semi-precious stones, marble, Italian millefiori, and 24K gold tile. The class includes a slideshow on techniques, design exercises, and guidance to encourage original creations. Materials are provided, but students are welcome to bring their own specific materials. They should also bring personal tools like wheeled nippers, tweezers, and a notebook.
