The Embodied Exploration is a unique three-week journey of bringing together deep embodiment, somatic practices, energetics, breath, and yin to reconnect you to your innate wisdom and authentic expression. This method weaves ancient and modern modalities into a cohesive practice of alignment, physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Week 1: Yin & Body Focus
We begin by grounding into the physical body through yin-inspired practices. Long-held postures and gentle somatic movements invite deep release in the fascia and tissues, cultivating presence, stillness, and embodied awareness. This week establishes the foundation of safety and receptivity within the body.
Week 2: Breath Release
The journey deepens with breath as the guide. Through intentional breathwork, we unlock held emotions, expand the heart space, and invite clarity into the energetic body. This phase focuses on softening tension, enhancing flow, and creating space for transformation through the rhythm of breath.
Week 3: Energetics, Somatics & Divine Feminine Expression
In the final week, we bring together the threads of body and breath, exploring subtle energetics and somatic expression. This is a space of expansion, creativity, and liberation, where the divine feminine can be fully embodied and expressed. Practices will centre around fluid movement, energy attunement, and reclaiming authentic self-expression.
