Embark on a transformative evening of Embodied Movement and Sound, unlocking inner peace and harmony. Chantel will guide you to connect deeply to your body & inner world through meditation, visualisation and movement, encouraging freedom of self expression in a safe an inclusive space. We will then integrate this movement journey with a blissful sound bath with Alana, allowing you to immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of ancient instruments and soothing sounds. Experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation as the healing sounds guide you to a state of balance and well-being. Discover the profound benefits of sound healing.
Please note: Not suitable for 1st Trimester of pregnancy and those with Sound Induced epilepsy.
