Join Areti and Haley at the beautiful Lovelight Temple for an Embodied

Visionary Workshop.

Areti and Haley will share tools on shedding your old skin to release

the baggage of outdated stories you have been carrying around that

have the potential to limit your personal growth.

Haley will guide you in a mindfulness grounding meditation &

conscious connected breathwork practice.

We will stop for nourishing lunch and organic herbal tea.

Areti will guide you through a embodied yoga practice,

allowing any insights to be anchored deep into the mind, body, spirit.

This yoga practice is for all bodies and abilities.

We will then invite you to journal, contemplate, draw, and create your best

vision of 2025.

We invite you to let more peace, love and joy in your everyday.
