Reflect & Reclaim - Facilitator Jess Morris from @wellnesswj
A grounding sound healing journey paired with guided journaling and yin yoga. Take time to slow down, reflect, and reset your mindset. Walk away feeling clear, calm, and reconnected to yourself. Jess will workshop mindful tools to implement in your everyday life and teach you how to create your morning/night time rituals.
