Join Michael Winnel & Vicky Turner for an intimate evening of Authentic Relating & Circling at TOMS Place, Brunswick.

Circling is the profound experiential practice of being with what is in relationship. A relational breakthrough happened that was noticed by Guy Sengstock & Jerry Candelaria in the late 90's during an effort to resolve a conflict whilst they were at Burning Man.  What came to be known as 'Circling' then developed in the Bay area with a group of friends gathering regularly to experiment and practice the 'phenomena' Guy & Jerry had noticed.  As months and years passed this grew and spread, into workshops being taught locally, then across the USA.  It has since evolved and is now a worldwide movement with organisations forming and groups coming together globally to learn and share this practice.

Circling is a facilitated group practice where we come together to connect and know each other at the deep and fundamental level of being human.  Each participant is oriented towards their own experience and invited to share what is arising, be it a thought, feeling or sensation within a group setting. The facilitators guide participants in how this looks, sharing tools and giving space for practice with a warm up games.

The evening will begin with some smaller group work and move into two facilitated larger group circles, with a break in between for a shared meal and an opportunity to chat with other guests.

Michael Winnel & Vicky Turner are experienced & certified Circlers and Circling Facilitators, and proteges of Guy Sengstock & The Circling Institute in CA since early 2020.   We hope you will join us for what's sure to be a rich, connective and nourishing evening of Circling.
