Emerging Artist Workshops Series - STOP BEING SCARED OF TAX
Event description
Hey creatives!
Join us for this month’s FREE emerging artist workshop, ‘STOP BEING SCARED OF TAX’ in collaboration with White Sky.
This workshop is for artists aged 14-30!
We're going to show how to:
- Not evade your taxes - don’t get in trouble with Centrelink or the ATO
- Do a tax return and book keeping through the year
- Deal with ABNs and what to put on invoices
Bring your own questions!
The workshop will be held at Outloud headquarters, the Bankstown Arts Centre, Darug land from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
FREE dinner will be provided (Vegan and Halal options).
We offer workshops for free to make sure everyone can take part, if you feel like you will get value out of this and can afford to, please consider making a tax-deductible donation.
Outloud's Emerging Artist Workshops are made possible with the generous support of the Waratah Education Public Ancillary Fund, the Scanlon Foundation, and the City of Canterbury Bankstown.
