Meditation, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, anxiety, depression … it seems there’s an endless amount of things to learn and put into practice to hold on to your mental health.

But what if there’s one skill that underpins it all? A skill that can first help you get a foothold on your wellbeing and then lead you to ever-increasing levels of happiness and mental health? And what if that factor was simple to understand and can be improved with as little as 8-10 minutes a day?

I’m running a series of live meditation and emotions classes as part of the Sunshine Coast Council‘s The Healthy Sunshine Coast Movement for $10 a session ($5 with a pensioner or healthcare card).

You’ll also have access to guided meditations and extra content to keep you going during the week.
