This Workshop is a simplified version of the usual 3-hour experience. 

We have cut out the education, to focus on the meat  - the essential physical practices to rejuvenate your body and mind from the foundations up. 

2 hours to find deep restoration, blow out any residue and reconnect with the stillness within.

Leave the year behind to get aligned with what you're moving towards.

And do it in the most conducive way - in connection with other people.

This one is not to be missed! 

And it will be taking place in the naturally enhanced Spirit Flow Yoga. What was already a portal to Bali is now a fully functioning tropical ice-bath sanctuary.

In the 2 hours we will move through:

- Meditation and introductory breathing techniques for daily life

- Movement - Qi Gong/Yoga

- Immersive Breathwork Session

- Cold Water Immersion - Ice barrel or rainforest shower

The workshop will be followed by space to enjoy healthy gourmet food, treats and chai.


    We are inundated by stress, leading us into mental un-ease & physical exhaustion.

    Kade is a qualified Integrative Health Coach, Breathwork Instructor, Cold Immersion Instructor, Functional Breathing Coach,  Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer.

    His organisation I AM Collective makes a stand for empowering Self-Mastery, for the good of all.
