Boost your energy and focus — without another coffee ⚡

Join me for a SOMA Breath™ session that helps you reset and feel more switched on, naturally.

If you’ve ever felt flat, low on energy, or like your mind just isn’t fully switched on — or you simply want to feel more awake, clear, and energised — this session is for you.

This guided SOMA Breath™ session is an energised meditation experience that combines rhythmic breathing, breath holds, and music to help shift how you feel in a short amount of time. It’s active, engaging, and designed to wake the body up — not slow it down.

This isn’t your typical lie-down-and-relax session…

Before we get into the breathwork itself, we’ll start by gently waking the body up.

This might include some light movement, shaking, simple rhythm-based exercises, or even a bit of sound (think humming or vocalising) to help shift your energy and get you out of your head and into your body.

Nothing complicated, nothing forced — just a chance to loosen up, have a bit of fun with it, and let go of any stiffness (physical or mental) before we drop into the breathwork.

You’ll then be guided through simple breathing patterns synced to music, followed by short, controlled breath holds. This helps improve how your body uses oxygen and create a noticeable shift in energy, focus, and clarity

The music helps you stay in rhythm and fully immersed in the experience, so you can switch off from overthinking and just follow along 🎧

Everything is guided and beginner-friendly, so you can show up, settle in, and experience the shift for yourself — just leave your ego at the door and have a bit of fun with it 😜

You’ll leave feeling:

More awake and energised ⚡️
Clearer and more focused 🧠
More in control of your energy and how you feel ⚖️
