Summit Health is proud to announce another networking evening for Adelaide Hills GPs

Join Dr Jeremy Wells and Dr Boris Eskandari-Marandi to discuss your experiences with providing GP services for residents of Aged Care Facilities and together devise solutions for improvements for both patients and GPs.

The evening will commence with a presentation from Dr Ashwin Shukla of SA Geriatrics, followed by a discussion of multidisciplinary models of care and sustainable practices in Aged Care with Mitch Fox, Director of Simple Healthcare Solutions.
