Event description
ENVISAGE is an online strengths-based parenting program fully-funded by the Australian Government for parents and carers raising children with disability, delay and Autism.
Developed in collaboration with parents, professionals and researchers. Not only is ENVISAGE based on evidence and best-practice approaches, importantly, it provides you with the essential knowledge and practical skills to support your child’s development while ensuring your family thrives.
What you’ll learn
To use your child’s strengths and interests to support their development
Foster a sense of belonging for your child
Build collaborative relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals
Prioritise what is important to your family
Increase the well-being of your child and your entire family

The program is delivered online over 5 weeks.
Workshop 1: Tuesday 5 November; 10:30am – 12:00pm (AEDT)
Workshop 2: Tuesday 12 November; 10:30am – 12:00pm (AEDT)
Workshop 3: Tuesday 19 November; 10:30am – 12:00pm (AEDT)
Workshop 4: Tuesday 26 November; 10:30am – 12:00pm (AEDT)
Workshop 5: Tuesday 3 December; 10:30am – 12:00pm (AEDT)
Who is this event for
ENVISAGE Families is a program for parents and caregivers raising children with developmental concerns, disability, delay and Autism. Your child doesn’t need a diagnosis for you to take part in ENVISAGE.
If you are a professional working with children, there is an ENVISAGE-Service Providers program. Please email sp.envisage@mcri.edu.au for further details.
